Hello! I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Karen Schwartz (previously Neunzig). I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). I provide nutrition therapy using a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. I focus on nutrient-dense foods to promote physical healing while providing space for you to explore and improve your relationship with food, movement, and your body.

I am Health At Every Size (HAES®) aligned and work through an Intuitive Eating framework. I welcome clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, and have experience in all levels of care.
